Job description

We are seeking a talented Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at TAC. Responsible for creating and implementing effective trade marketing plans to ensure maximum product visibility and impact in the market. Works closely with the sales team and analyzes market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develops the promotional calendar aligned with product categories; oversees trade channel investments and monitors promotional execution; conducts studies and analyses to spot growth opportunities and trends; formulates revenue growth strategies for sales channels based on portfolio analysis and market dynamics; monitors annual budget and monthly productivity indicators to ensure efficient resource allocation; collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align trade marketing with business objectives; stays updated on best practices and emerging trends in trade marketing; provides regular reports and insights to management highlighting KPIs and improvement areas; builds strong relationships with suppliers and retail partners; ensures brand consistency with TAC’s values and positioning across all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• minimum 3 years experience in trade marketing or similar role, preferably in FMCG
• strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders
• proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms
• creative thinking and strategic mindset for innovative trade campaigns
• ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced dynamic environment
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• experience in managing budgets and financial planning
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
