QC Lead Inspector

Job description

Identify and set Key Performance Indicators to measure and control Quality Control processes, ensuring production of highest‑quality products for maximum customer satisfaction. Operate all steps of required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures or applicable instructions. Understand and effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems and software. Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in QC labs using simple to complex equipment, following engineering and procedural standards to detect and address deviations. Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished products with appropriate lab equipment against performance limits. Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses on quality incidents or non‑conforming products and propose preventive or corrective actions. Monitor, collect and interpret raw data from various sources, analyze results and create reports to support decision‑making.

Requirements

• Proficient in identifying Key Performance Indicators
• experienced in operating production machines per SOP
• knowledgeable in using standard equipment, office automation systems and software
• experience with testing and inspecting machine and process parameters in QC labs
• proficient in inspecting tools, spare parts, raw materials and finished products
• capable of conducting Root Cause Analyses and recommending preventive or corrective actions
• experienced in data collection, analysis and reporting
