Security Supervisor

Job description

We are seeking a Security Supervisor to fill the position in Dammam, Khobar, and Jubail. The primary responsibilities include direct supervision of security personnel, distribution of security personnel to security sites and points, monitoring the security situation within the mall, immediate handling of any observations or incidents, implementation of security and safety procedures and emergency plans, submission of periodic reports and incident reports to the relevant management, and coordination with concerned parties in emergency situations

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• secondary qualification as a minimum, preferably diploma or higher
• at least two years of experience in the security field, preferably in malls or commercial complexes
• experience in supervising security personnel and organizing and distributing tasks
• ability to handle emergency situations, incidents, and security situations
• good knowledge of security and safety procedures, evacuation plans, and emergency plans
• ability to prepare security reports and follow up on observations and incidents
• ability to withstand work pressure and work on a shift system
• discipline, seriousness, and ability to lead a work team
• proficient: previous practical experience in the security and supervisory field
• proficient: passing relevant security training courses
• proficient: high ability to manage crises and solve problems
