Quality Team Lead

The role leads daily vehicle inspections and quality verification on the Customer Acceptance Line to ensure all vehicles meet defined standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements before release. Provides frontline leadership to inspectors, coordinates inspection activities, drives rapid containment and escalation of quality concerns, and ensures accurate documentation of results. Responsibilities include strict adherence to EHS requirements, maintaining a 6S work environment, leading CAL inspections per work instructions, organizing daily team tasks, recording results in MES, monitoring recurring quality issues, giving feedback to engineering, improving defect detection, maintaining inspection tools, training inspectors, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence

Requirements

• Creative, energetic, self‑motivated, highly organized
• Good level of initiative and sound judgement
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus
• Diploma or Industrial School graduate in an industrial, manufacturing, or related technical discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a high‑volume OEM manufacturing environment
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to learn new skills and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work shift patterns as required by plant operations
