The the employer Site Manager oversees and controls activities to ensure optimal service support and execution of operational contract requirements to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include compliance with aviation, safety, quality, and export control regulations; managing and coordinating the maintenance team’s work; delivering monthly performance indicator reports; monitoring operational issues and providing status updates to management; ensuring scheduled and unscheduled maintenance execution; applying the highest quality and safety standards; reporting incidents to management

Requirements

• Experience with compliance to all aviation, safety, quality regulations and export control policies
• experience with managing and coordinating on‑site maintenance team activities
• experience with delivering monthly performance indicator reports
