Mechanical Packaging and IT Operations Manager

Job description

Reporting to the Director of Industrial Operations, you will coordinate and manage daily production team activities. You will drive workshop performance in safety, quality, productivity while meeting customer deadlines. Ensure team skill development and versatility, acting as the main liaison with all factory departments. Ensure compliance with management directives and manage human resources according to regulations. Manage production to meet client contracts in quality, cost and schedule. Support team leaders development and train staff for multi‑skill capability. Organize weekly team placements to guarantee smooth production flow. Establish and monitor performance indicators and contribute to feasibility and industrialisation studies. Oversee launch of new client projects and integration of service changes. Participate in operational meetings and cascade priorities. Encourage team ideas and lead production improvement actions. Escalate issues when needed. Update visual management tools and ensure 5S compliance and proper equipment use through internal audits. Propose organizational improvements for the service.
