Job description

Lead safe and compliant delivery of marine construction projects, coordinating engineering, resources, and execution plans from site preparation through closeout. Balance schedule, cost, quality, and safety while working closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in challenging field conditions.

Requirements

• proficient in marine construction methods
• proficient in dredging and seabed preparation
• knowledge of structural concrete/steel basics
• experience with project planning and scheduling using Primavera
• experience with QA/QC inspections and reporting
• experience with risk assessments and permits
• safety leadership to achieve zero safety‑critical incidents
• cross‑functional coordination
• problem‑solving under field conditions
• stakeholder communication
