We are seeking a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh. Key responsibilities: perform on‑site mechanical inspections of equipment, systems and components to ensure quality, safety and compliance with specifications; conduct detailed inspections of mechanical installations including piping, HVAC systems and industrial machinery; identify and document defects, non‑conformities and potential issues; prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records; collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to resolve mechanical issues; verify effective and timely implementation of corrective actions; stay updated on industry standards, regulations and best practices; participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise; ensure adherence to safety protocols during all on‑site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• proven track record in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, gas and fuel system inspections
• previous experience in engineering consultancies preferred
• comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, components and material specifications
• strong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques, quality control protocols and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE, NFPA and local Saudi codes)
• skilled in using inspection, documentation and reporting tools/software
• solid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycle
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in high‑pressure environments.
