Fodex, a restaurant management system and payment technology provider based in Riyadh operating in over 35 countries, is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to build an AI framework using large language models for coordinating planning, execution, and tool interactions with minimal supervision. Engineers work in an integrated engineering team to build core infrastructure, including microservices, integration protocols, status management, tracking, and evaluation adjudication, ensuring system readiness for production, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

• Experience in AI engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages
• Knowledge of payment technologies
• Mastery of teamwork environments
• Experience building core infrastructure
• Proficiency in prompt design
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Mastery of end-to-end tracing and monitoring
• Experience building evaluation sets and baselines and regression tests
