Job description

Executes purchasing plans and tracks orders to meet organizational needs efficiently. Coordinates with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and terms. Prepares, presents, and stores specialized documents and reports

Requirements

• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
• search for new suppliers and evaluate their performance
• track international shipments and customs clearance
• document procurement processes and prepare periodic reports
• assess needs and requirements of different organizational units for materials
• conduct market research to find the best purchasing prices
• oversee receipt and evaluation of service provider bids
• build a database of material prices and suppliers
• good level of English proficiency
