Job Purpose • Partner with sales and business stakeholders to identify, qualify and develop the pipeline of TSI opportunities. Providing technical consultations; Identify solution strategies; Preparing and reviewing proposals, estimates and technical proposals; Support client engagements through contract award and project implementation. • Manage the end-to-end engineering scope of communications and security packages, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, detailed design, equipment selection, procurement support, configuration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), installation supervision, site acceptance testing (SAT), training, commissioning, commissioning, and final technical handover. • Ensure that engineering deliverables meet contractual obligations, quality expectations, applicable laws and standards, cybersecurity requirements, schedule commitments, and cost objectives. Proactively manage technical risks, interfaces, changes and escalations. 3. Geographic scope and travel requirements • Responsible for technical scope of designs and Assigned special functions. • Travel to location may be required up to 20% of the time. 1. Education Required • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology related discipline preferred. Accepted fields include computer engineering, computer science, information and computing technology, electrical and computer engineering, or equivalent qualification. 2. Work Experience Required • 10+ years of experience in Telecom Systems Integration (TSI). Specific Technical Skills and Knowledge Required The role requires strong knowledge of the technologies and systems commonly included in the employer Telecommunications System Integration (TSI) solutions, including: • Access Control Systems (ACS): Design and integration of personnel and vehicle access solutions, including facial recognition, smart card readers, flap barriers, full-height turnstiles, long-range RFID, hydraulic barriers, crash barriers and booms, Automatic sliding gates and visitor management systems. • CCTV, Security, and Video Processing Systems: Design and integration of video management platform and camera systems for security and operations monitoring. • Public Address and Public Alert (PAGA) systems: Plant-wide broadcast, alarm and emergency notification solutions, including the employer VARIODYN. • Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS): Perimeter and facility security solutions, including intelligent perimeter detection and drone surveillance. • LAN/WAN Data Networks: Design and integrate resilient TCP/IP network infrastructure As long as industry-standard software and hardware platforms are compatible. • Telephone, hotline and collaboration systems: VoIP telephony, hotline communications and video conferencing solutions. • Structured Cabling Systems: The physical copper and fiber-optic network infrastructure that supports communications and security systems. • Radio communication systems: Site radio and marine radio solutions from TETRA. • Meteorological and maritime security systems: project-specific surveillance, communications and security solutions integrated according to customer and contractual requirements. The candidate must understand how these solutions fit into the following three integrated technology areas: • Process: Experion PKS (DCS), Video Processing, and OneWireless. • Safety: Safety Manager, Fire & Gas (F&G), Building Fires, and PAGA. • Security: Experion Industrial Security, access control, security video, intrusion detection, itoring, and real-time location systems. The role also requires the ability to integrate these technologies into a unified operational environment that enables operators to monitor events, coordinate responses and manage emergencies from a common platform. 4.
