Civil Construction Manager (EPC)

Job description

Project Execution & Site Management: Direct and oversee all daily construction activities focusing on civil engineering and installation works. Ensure all construction phases are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES). Subcontractor Management: Actively manage, evaluate, and coordinate local and international subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project deliverables, schedules, and safety mandates. Quality & Safety Assurance: Champion a zero‑incident safety culture, ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety protocols, and collaborate with QA/QC teams to guarantee acceptance of works. Planning & Reporting: Review and approve construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans, providing regular detailed progress reports to leadership and client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• extensive, verifiable experience on Saudi Aramco projects as a Construction Manager or senior site leader
• solid hands‑on experience managing heavy civil works and complex installation phases in oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors
• proven track record in integrating and leading local and international subcontractors
• deep understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations
• experience delivering Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects is prioritized
• PMP, OSHA certifications or specific Aramco approvals are advantageous.
