We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Building Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting building inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements, and effectively communicating inspection findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in building inspection preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good observation and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prepare clear inspection findings
• Ability to identify and report building‑related issues and non‑compliance
• Ability to work with contractors, engineers, project teams and other stakeholders
• Professional approach to handling inspections, reports and technical documentation
• Work location Dhahran or Al‑Ahsa
