Senior Engineering Program Supervisor

Job description

Key role covering sales, risk management and change management. Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team including FSM, FOM, ME Program Manager, service specialists, project and support staff. Ensure achievement of strategic growth targets by attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining required skills and resources. Precise planning and forecasting of business performance with responsibility for all financial aspects of projects in CAPEX scope and contracts in OPEX scope. Aggressively execute growth initiatives and coordinate with other business units at the employer in the Yanbu region. Work with the sales team to boost orders and develop business opportunities. Manage the upgrade program in Yanbu in collaboration with the Field Service Manager and Field Operations Manager, develop an operational plan, communicate with the client according to the contractual communication plan, and support the service team in incident resolution and performance indicator assessment. Manage all projects within CAPEX and contracts within OPEX for the relevant year, operate within the client change management process, approve major change requests and assess risks and benefits. Participate in pre‑shutdown planning meetings, support various handover processes, review project activities linked to control systems, update documentation, and assist the Field Operations Manager in identifying training needs to improve performance and reliability
