Legal Specialist

Job description

Support the company's legal needs through reviewing and drafting contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and legal documents. Provide daily legal support, review business arrangements, and identify legal risks. Support issues related to payment services, traders, partners, and suppliers, follow relevant laws and regulations, and assist with matters related to SAMA and other government or regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Experience in commercial law
• Experience in international law
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
