Job description

Provide technical support to branches and resolve technical issues. Manage and support POS systems and KDS systems. Monitor integration between POS systems and order delivery platforms. Add, update products, prices, and images on systems and platforms. Manage and monitor restaurant accounts on delivery platforms

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the IT field
• at least one year of experience in the restaurant sector
• good knowledge of devices, networks, and cameras
• experience with POS systems and KDS systems
• experience with delivery applications and platforms
• good communication and task organization skills
• ability to work efficiently under pressure
