Information Technology Supervisor

Job description

We are looking for an IT Supervisor to work in a company in the transportation and logistics sector, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tasks include: supervising the IT team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance. Managing and maintaining networks, servers, and user devices. Ensuring systems readiness and addressing technical malfunctions quickly and effectively. Supervising cybersecurity and data protection systems. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Follow up on periodic updates of systems and programs. Coordination with suppliers and external support companies. Preparing periodic technical reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience in the field of information technology
• Experience with network administration, Windows and Microsoft 365 systems
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and protection systems
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to solve problems and work efficiently under pressure
