Job description

The role supports pre‑making RM/ORM ready on the machine. Ensures raw materials are fed into barrels and all ORM are near the machine. Assists in setting up the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket. During production checks and loads various RM/ORM around the clock, prepares pallets and packing material, handles packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring finished rolls. Acquires required paperwork and materials from related sections, disposes waste, assists Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator as needed, reports quality defects to QC and leadership, and helps the operator meet KPI targets.
