Project Control Manager

Job description

Oversee project management, procurement and change management within a major infrastructure program for a mixed‑use development in Riyadh. Reports to the Project Controls Director. Responsible for maintaining, governing and implementing project controls policies, management plans, standards and supporting reporting systems such as Aconex, Unifier and P6. Conduct regular review and update of governance documents. Key responsibilities: onboard and train Project Control teams on program policies, processes and information systems; manage onboarding documentation and tracker; implement project controls governance structure with defined roles and responsibilities; review and improve existing structure; maintain and update reporting governance documents including manuals, guidelines and templates; develop and administer a comprehensive meeting and reporting calendar for the assigned district
