Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the retail industry
• proficiency in English written and verbal
• proven experience as a store manager or similar retail management role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• experience delivering training and coaching is a plus
• multitasking and time‑management skills
• ability to prioritize tasks
• highly organized and detail‑oriented
• ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
