As Site Manager, you will lead on‑site project execution, ensuring construction activities progress efficiently and align with overall objectives. You will unite multiple stakeholders, uphold high operational standards, and drive delivery excellence in fast‑moving construction environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years experience managing large‑scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects
• hands‑on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systems
• proven experience coordinating contractors, consultants, internal teams and reporting site status to senior management
• PMP certification
• business‑fluent English and Arabic
• experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or site reporting and project controls tools is a plus
• knowledge of Saudi construction standards and approvals is a plus
