Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner on mixed‑use development projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management tools
• Comprehensive understanding of construction planning, scheduling methodologies, and project controls
• Ability to manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
