Reporting Manager (Sitewide)

Job description

The Reporting Manager for a mixed‑use project oversees and coordinates reporting activities for sitewide and Durrat components. Ensures reports accurately reflect project progress, risks, and performance to support decision‑making. • Lead compilation, validation and delivery of project reports to internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with project management teams to gather data, define reporting requirements and streamline processes. • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to communicate status and key metrics. • Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. • Analyze data to identify risks, trends and opportunities and provide actionable insights. • Coordinate inputs from various teams to produce consolidated, consistent reports. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mixed‑use project reporting
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI or equivalent platforms
• Strong experience in data analysis, report generation and project performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports within tight deadlines
• Preferred experience in large‑scale mixed‑use developments
