Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls, with direct involvement in mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
