Programme Director (Hospitality)

Job description

Provides high‑impact leadership for a landmark mega‑development in Saudi Arabia. Focuses on alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision‑making at the executive level. Responsibilities: serves as strategic interface between client, executive leadership and stakeholders; leads high‑level programme governance, reporting and performance oversight; delivers executive insights on progress, risks, opportunities and critical decisions; builds and maintains strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders; ensures alignment of programme objectives with delivery strategy and business priorities; drives strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups; supports executive decision‑making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
• Master’s degree preferred
• minimum 20 years experience in programme and project management within hospitality
• proven experience as Programme Director or senior leadership on major development programmes
• extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF‑backed
• strong client management, strategic reporting and stakeholder engagement experience
• exposure to PMC, developer or client‑side environments
• excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• ability to operate effectively in complex, high‑profile project environments
