Handover / Completions Manager

Job description

The Delivery and Completion Manager oversees the project close‑out phase, ensuring all construction works are completed, tested, documented, and handed over to the client in full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. Develops handover and completion strategy; defines milestones, timelines, and deliverables; leads readiness reviews; manages snagging and de‑snagging processes and reports status; coordinates testing and commissioning; ensures completeness of as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, and approvals; manages formal client handover and leads inspections; engages clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities; ensures works meet contractual quality and compliance; collaborates with QA/QC to close non‑conformances; drives continuous improvement; identifies risks to schedules and creates mitigation plans; resolves issues to avoid handover delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• minimum 10 years total experience in project delivery
• minimum 3-5 years experience in handover, completions, or project close‑out roles
• experience on large‑scale infrastructure or giga‑projects preferred
