Landscape Inspector - Hard Finishes

Job description

The role focuses on supervising the execution of hard finishes for landscape works in the Diriyah public realm development. Attend inspection requests and take prompt action. Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes and international best practices. Report any contractor work not compliant with approved drawings to stakeholders. Monitor quality of executed works and daily site progress. Maintain records of daily activities including progress photos and ensure availability for inspection. Prepare surveillance reports and non‑conformance reports when needed. Ensure effective coordination between discipline‑related works and other disciplines. Provide technical input to resolve discipline‑related issues on‑site. Inspect construction works for compliance with approved methods and contract requirements. Keep inspection and work execution records. Assist in measuring completed work when required. Observe site safety procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5+ years of direct landscape work experience
• proficient in reviewing shop drawings and specifications
• knowledge of local codes and regulations
• proficient in preparing surveillance and NCR reports
• proficient in coordinating interdisciplinary work
• proficient in site safety procedures
• Saudi national
