Civil Maintenance Engineer

Job description

Works within the building and asset maintenance team to ensure safety, functionality, and quality of structures and outdoor areas. Monitors work quality and manages inspections and audits. Participates in construction checks, project handovers, and review of completed works. Reviews preventive maintenance programs and ensures scheduled inspections are performed. Audits reactive work orders and proposes corrective and preventive actions. Assesses asset condition and recommends repair, renovation, or replacement

Requirements

• Experience with maintenance management/CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
• Proficient or practical knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of architectural construction, finishes, civil works, and maintenance practices
• Practical knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and specifications
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with React and data analysis
