Regional Manager

Job description

Supervises daily store operations including inventory, packaging, shipping and replenishment. Ensures order accuracy, fast execution, product availability and customer service targets. Leads store teams and handles recruitment, scheduling, training and performance management. Monitors key performance indicators such as pick productivity, inventory accuracy, product availability and waste reduction. Identifies operational gaps and implements initiatives to improve efficiency, cost and customer experience. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Last‑mile, Commercial and Customer Experience departments to ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
