Project Management Engineer

Job description

Manage and coordinate all project aspects from planning to execution. Develop and implement an integrated project plan while controlling changes. Define project scope accurately regarding items and timelines, prepare Gantt charts using specialized software, manage costs and required resources, and provide a basis for information distribution and project phase status reporting

Requirements

• Experience in engineering or real estate project management
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or related engineering field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reviewing engineering drawings
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Ability to review contracts and tenders
• Proficiency in Office programs, especially advanced Excel for financial analysis and Gantt charts
• High skills in planning, resource organization, and risk management
• Excellent ability to manage field teams and contractors with firmness and flexibility
• Fluency in both Arabic and English speaking and writing
