Senior Intensive Care Unit Operator Specialist

Job description

Works within the the employer team to monitor and coordinate city operations from the central command unit with a focus on compliance and business continuity. Monitors operational systems, dashboards, CCTV/VSS platforms, and communication channels to identify abnormal conditions and initiate required escalation. Reviews and categorizes incidents, coordinates response with relevant departments, and escalates incidents until closure. Supports business continuity and emergency response during major events and facilitates information flow between operational entities
