The Legal Consultant provides diverse legal advice to companies, individuals and entities outside the courtroom. Responsibilities include advising on multinational corporate mergers; real estate acquisitions; contract amendments and impact analysis; assisting clients in compliance with regulations and avoiding illegal actions
