Oversees planning and directing procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services in compliance with local systems and regulations such as the Competition Law and Government Procurement System. Manages supply chains, negotiates with local and international suppliers to ensure best prices and quality, and administers approved budgets efficiently to support business continuity at the facility
