Events & Exhibitions Project Manager

Job description

Our client, a luxury interior design and construction firm in Riyadh, creates distinctive spaces from concept to delivery. The Events & Exhibitions Project Manager will launch and grow the Events & Exhibitions department, drive business growth via tender platforms, expand high‑value client networks, and oversee projects from pricing and BOQ preparation through on‑site execution to financial close. Managing cross‑functional teams, supplier networks, and key client relationships will boost revenue and strengthen the company’s position in the fast‑growing events sector

Requirements

• Sales and business development experience
• strong communication and opportunity generation skills
• knowledge of the Saudi construction, events and luxury projects market
• minimum of 5 years experience managing events and exhibitions projects in Saudi Arabia
• established network with government entities and large corporate clients in KSA
• commercial and technical expertise in pricing BOQs, preparing bids and interpreting technical drawings
• fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Design or equivalent
• preferred certifications such as CEM, CMP, CSEP, PEMC, CAME or Event Management Diploma
