Job description
The Food Quality Assurance Specialist conducts food safety and quality audits in designated restaurants. Follows up on corrective actions for non‑conformities. Trains and guides restaurant quality auditors. Supports restaurants during external and new economic audits
Requirements
- knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and food safety standards
- proficient in English and Arabic
- valid Saudi driving license preferred
