Job description

Debt collectors collect debts owned by the organization or third parties, often in cases where the debt is past its due date Usual tasks for this profession: • Follow up and collect overdue debts to the organization or other parties • Contacting debtors via phone or letters to settle receivables • Negotiating payment plans that suit the debtor’s financial ability • Document all collection operations and update financial records

Requirements

• Saudi nationality (a basic condition)
• Previous experience in the field of collection and follow-up of debts (a prerequisite)
• Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• The ability to follow up on clients and address default cases
• Proficiency in using computers
