About the employer, a global leader in healthcare technology. the employer is seeking a Senior Principal Legal Counsel for the GCC (excluding UAE) to join its Riyadh team. This full‑time role provides strategic legal guidance and daily support across the Saudi Arabia and GCC business, focusing on commercial operations, strategic initiatives, and complex projects. The role partners with business leaders to support growth, manage legal risk, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate reports to the Senior Legal Director for the TUMECA region
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience
- demonstrated ability to provide practical, risk‑based legal guidance
- experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures in the GCC region
