Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician

Job description

Based in the Engineering Department at the employer Al Faisaliah Riyadh, you will maintain, repair, and service all kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. Duties include daily inspection of dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, steamers, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers and extractors, performing preventive maintenance with accurate records, responding promptly to breakdowns, and monitoring gas, electrical, steam and water connections

Requirements

• Proficient in daily inspection and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment
• Experienced in performing preventive maintenance and maintaining records
• Ability to respond quickly to repair requests
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, steam and water connections
• Capable of supporting installation and commissioning of new machines
• Proficient in lockout/tagout procedures
• Able to assist engineering team with general maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
