Civil Engineer (Tamheer)

Job description

Study the topographical and geological conditions of the construction site and the results of soil investigation tests. Prepare structural designs, follow up on the preparation and review of structural drawings, and oversee the preparation of bills of quantities and specifications for construction materials. Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare specialized documents and reports detailing work results. • Study the topographical and geological conditions of the construction site, review soil investigation test results, and examine the project’s requirements and architectural drawings. Determine the required foundation depths and conduct a comprehensive structural analysis of the project components. • Prepare project designs, follow up on the preparation and review of structural drawings, and review bills of quantities and technical specifications. • Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with approved specifications. • Develop work methods and procedures and keep up to date with technological advancements. • Prepare specialized documents and reports related to engineering works and projects, monitor and report on project progress, present and clarify findings, and maintain records in the relevant database in accordance with approved policies and procedures

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Skill: Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Skill: Proficiency in using engineering design programs
