PROJECT MANAGER - Facility Management

Job description

• Manage day-to-day delivery of FM services across all project sites, including PPM, corrective maintenance, and soft services. • Plan and deploy manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet contract requirements. • Serve as the main point of contact with the client and consultant, attending progress meetings and handling escalations. • Track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and prepare monthly performance and progress reports. • Manage the project budget, cost control, invoicing, and variation claims. • Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, including performance management and training. • Ensure full compliance with contract terms, HSE requirements, and quality procedures. • Oversee asset condition surveys, asset registers, and lifecycle planning. • Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with procurement on materials and spare parts. • Identify operational risks early and put mitigation plans in place

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience, including TBC projects in facility management.
• Accreditation: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
• Languages: English and Arabic.
