We are the employer, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily execution of civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. • Supervise erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. • Ensure scaffolding activities comply with Saudi safety regulations and engineering practices. • Direct laborers, foremen, and technicians to maintain site productivity and discipline. • Conduct regular inspections for quality, HSE, fall protection, and permit-to-work compliance. • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on site activities. • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor material consumption. • Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and workforce-related issues.
