We are the employer, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Architectural Site Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for skilled and motivated professionals able to supervise architectural and finishing activities on construction sites. Key Responsibilities • Supervising daily architectural and finishing activities on construction sites. • Interpretation of approved architectural drawings, specifications, layouts and shop drawings. • Coordinate site activities with engineers, subcontractors, technicians and other construction teams. • Monitoring construction, plastering, flooring, ceiling, painting, carpentry, cladding and related finishing works. • Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. • Monitor site progress and report delays, technical issues, material requirements, and work status. • Ensuring the proper use of building materials and minimizing waste and rework. • Maintain site records and support compliance with established safety and construction procedures. Required Skills • Interpretation of architectural drawing • Ability to understand plans, elevations, sections, details and site drawings. • Site supervision. · Ability to monitor construction and architectural completion activities effectively. • Quality inspection. · Ability to identify manufacturing issues and verify work against approved specifications. • Construction coordination • Ability to coordinate architectural works with civil, electrical and mechanical engineering activities. • the Knowledge of finishing works · Practical understanding of flooring, ceilings, painting, plastering, carpentry, cladding and related works. Preferred Skills • AutoCAD and ability to review drawing. • Gulf/Saudi Arabia exposure to construction sites. • Knowledge of material estimation and site documentation. Typical Requirements: Approximately 3 to 7 years of experience supervising construction/architecture related sites, preferably including building finishing and architectural work. Gulf project exposure may be preferred but not mentioned by the recruiter.
