We are one global team driven by our shared goal of delivering a better world. join us. ## Job Description We are looking for an Engineer/Architect with experience in interior design finishes to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, specifying and implementing high quality interior design finishes for commercial and residential projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that all finishing specifications meet ent design requirements, building codes, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving abilities to achieve exceptional results on every project. Develop comprehensive interior finishing specifications, including materials and... Colors, textures and installation methods Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD and design software Conduct materials research and analyzes to recommend appropriate finishes based on project requirements, durability and aesthetic goals Coordinate with design teams, contractors and material suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Prepare and manage finish schedules, material samples and specification documents Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to verify that installed finishes meet specifications and standards Ensure that all finishing selections comply with local building codes, safety regulations and sustainability standards applicable in Saudi Arabia Collaborate with teams Project to explore design challenges and implement effective solutions Maintain organized documentation and project files for all finish-related specifications and approvals Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding finish options, timelines, and project updates## Qualifications Proficiency in CAD and design software to create technical drawings and special cifications Strong knowledge of interior finish materials, including paints, flooring, wall coverings, and specialty finishes Experience writing detailed material specifications and finish schedules Strong understanding of building codes and building standards relevant to interior finishes Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software (preferred) Experience using visualization and rendering tools Z 3D (Preferred) Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly finishing materials (Preferred) Experience managing vendors and suppliers (Preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design finishing, architectural documentation, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ## Additional Information At the employer, we are committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent recruitment activity seriously.
