We are one global team driven by our shared goal of delivering a better world. join us. ## Job Description We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Test and Operations Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing and commissioning activities to ensure that all systems, equipment and installations meet design specifications, performance standards and regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to verify system functionality, identify and resolve technical issues, and document all operating activities accurately and efficiently. * Develop, implement and document detailed test and commissioning plans consistent with project specifications and industry standards * Conduct systematic testing of equipment, systems and facilities to verify compliance n Proper operation and compliance with design requirements * Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and identify any deficiencies or non-conformities that require resolution * Calibrate instruments and equipment to ensure accurate measurement and data collection throughout the testing process * Analyze test results and performance data to evaluate system functionality and troubleshoot technical issues * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve identified problems and implement corrective actions * Prepare comprehensive operating reports documenting test procedures, results, observations, and recommendations * Ensure that all test activities comply with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies * Maintain organized records of all operating documents, test certificates, and certifications Equipment * Communicate technical results and status updates to project stakeholders and management in a clear and professional manner * Support the transition of systems from disuse to operational status through knowledge transfer and training ## Qualifications * 10 years proven experience testing and commissioning industrial systems, equipment or infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of test methodologies, operating procedures and quality assurance protocols * Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem solving using a systematic and analytical approach * Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail * Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, API, ASME or equivalent) * Experience with test equipment operation, calibration and data analysis * Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems depending on the scope of the project * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Ability to prepare clear technical reports * Ability to work effectively in team environments and coordinate with multiple departments * Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment * Experience with project management tools and software * Familiarity with automation and control systems (preferred) * Industry-specific certifications
