They develop lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives for the variety of subjects they teach, including mathematics, languages, natural studies and music. They observe students' learning progress and assess their knowledge and skills regarding the subjects they study through tests. They base their course content on students' knowledge of previous lessons and encourage them to deepen their understanding of the material in which they are interested. They use classroom resources and teaching methods to create an inspiring learning environment. Primary school teachers also contribute to school events and communicate with parents and administrative staff
