Nalco, an the employer company, is looking for a Field Service Representative II in our Energy Services group. The Field Service Representative will be primarily responsible for providing contractual services and assisting customers with problem resolution support regarding their products/applications/solutions. What You Will Do: Solve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problems Take a leadership role in maintaining and distributing troubleshooting guides/bulletins to departments when needed Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommend process changes Conduct site surveys, product/application audits, and inventory management for chemical delivery systems Collect samples to monitor the chemical program Deliver chemicals to customers as needed Conduct field evaluations of new products Lead appropriate pre-trial surveys for site visits. Interact with customers and appropriate internal and external resources Maintain accurate records based on information collected during trials and studies Survey Create troubleshooting service manuals and bulletins on existing products Coordinate and manage sampling schedules and inventory Coordinate solution implementation with customers Assist sales in preparing business proposals Participate in design reviews, new applications, and startup evaluations Help critique product serviceability, performance, and reliability Provide customers with expert technical service on all major applications Act as a mentor to all levels of service reps Support and adherence to quality process improvement teams Promptly report every applicable incident, incident, injury, or near miss to next level management Provide on-site field service (on the phone or in Location) Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift/push/pull/carry analysis tool box Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Education with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same field Ability to travel within a geographic area; From Riyadh to Qassim Region You must have a valid driving license and acceptable vehicle record. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial), life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) or trade school degree 4 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience Must have knowledge and experience in materials, scheduling, and inventory operations.
