Overview We are looking for a computational research expert with a strong AI background to join our Research and Development Center (R&DC). R&D conducts strategic research, development and demonstration programs to support the employer's drive towards innovation. Your primary role is to design, develop elop and deploy advanced AI and ML solutions to address complex business, scientific and engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out the following: • Design, develop and validate AI/ML models For Advanced • Engage with stakeholders and domain experts to understand challenges, formulate AI-ready problem statements, and identify impactful solutions. • Lead end-to-end AI projects, from data acquisition and feature engineering to deployment and performance monitoring. • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, digital twins and operational workflows. • Staying current on AI research and translating emerging methods into practical applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical direction and mentorship. • Contribute to technical documentation, patents and publications. Minimum Requirements • As a successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields. PhD is also required. • You must have at least 5 years of experience. • You will have a strong foundation in machine learning, statistics and optimization. • You will also have a proven track record of conducting advanced technical projects with the ability to link basic science research to industrial applications. • It is also necessary to have proficiency in Python and experience in handling large-scale data and computing environments. Programming skills in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX are also required.
