Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of our products. You will contribute to testing processes, identifying bugs and improving product quality across various development stages. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance practices within a high-growth AI startup environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases - Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product quality - Identify, document and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects - Participate in regression, functional and performance testing - Help improve QA processes, test frameworks and best practices - Support release cycles by validating features before deployment - Contribute to documentation of test cases, results and QA procedures Requirements - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing and AI techniques - Deep understanding of testing concepts and methodologies Software. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and analytical abilities - Ability to speak and write fluently in Arabic and English - Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus - Resident in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh Why join us? - Opportunity to be part of an innovative, high-growth technology startup - Collaborative, mission-driven culture - Hands-on experience working on impactful AI products - Exposure to real-world QA processes and modern testing tools
