Requirements

• proficient in studying and analyzing customer training regulations
• proficient in developing training standards, instructional plans and course synopses
• proficient in developing basic and advanced specialty courses
• proficient in updating the master training plan
• proficient in conducting on‑the‑job training with prepared training aids
• knowledge of and compliance with aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations
• knowledge of and compliance with the employer Helicopters management systems, policies and regulations
• proficient in inspecting tools and GSE before training for condition and expiration
• proficient in checking components and parts for damage, leaks and correct documentation before training
• proficient in inspecting electric, avionic and flight control systems including autopilot
• proficient in recording work on appropriate paperwork and obtaining progressive signatures
• proficient in proper use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• proficient in verifying aircraft status, updating scheduled tasks and deferred items and signing Release to Service
• proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical publications
• proficient in evaluating trainee performance
• proficient in conducting on‑the‑job training activities
• proficient in training personnel on maintenance manuals
• proficient in training personnel on safety directives and FOD procedures
• proficient in awareness of compliance risks and acting with integrity
• proficient in performing other assigned duties
• proficient in adhering to professional standards within Production means/Maintenance job family.
