WSD Production Supervisor

Job description

Supervises day-to-day workshop operations ensuring safe, efficient execution in line with project specifications and quality standards. Plans and allocates resources, monitors progress, and leads the team to meet production targets and delivery schedules. Coordinates construction activities including formwork, concrete, masonry, logistics, and procurement. Monitors workload and assigns tasks based on skills and project priorities. Reviews work orders, drawings, and technical specifications for correct execution. Coordinates with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow. Oversees tool, machine, and equipment maintenance and reports issues. Maintains records of progress, timesheets, production logs, and material usage. Conducts toolbox talks and enforces HSE policies. Provides on‑the‑job training, coaching, and performance feedback. Supports continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety. Participates in safety awareness activities and incident reporting per company and IMS policies

Requirements

• proficient in workshop operations
• experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• proficient in understanding work orders and technical specifications
• proficient in production planning
• proficient in resource scheduling
• proficient in quality control procedures
• knowledge of HSE standards
• proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• minimum 3 years of work experience
• 2 years of relevant experience
• 1 year GCC experience is a plus
• diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• proficient in leadership and project management
• proficient in safety management
• proficient in construction administration and drawing interpretation
• proficient in agility, resilience, and AI fluency
